It was the first steel high rise office building to be constructed in downtown Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, in the 1900’s.
Structal-Heavy Steel Construction produced more than 20,510 pieces of steel of which some 2,600 pieces form the major configuration of the 14-story structure. The entire structural steel package of the building was completely erected by our own erection personnel within the parameters of the construction schedule.
