Topping out ceremony at the New York Giants’ and Jets’ new stadium

Chairman of the board and chief executive officer Marcel Dutil along with other representatives of Canam Group Inc. will be attending the topping out ceremony at the New Meadowlands Stadium, the future home of the New York Giants and Jets.

Also on hand will be a number of dignitaries from the City of New York. The ceremony will be held on Tuesday, March 10, at 11 a.m.

During the ceremony, the last beam will be autographed by guests before it is hoisted to the highest point of the stadium by crane and secured. A topping out ceremony is traditionally held at the end of a successful and safely executed structural steel project.
